Terms and conditions of participation:

• Participation in the Student Campaign implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. By participating or applying for a conference ticket, the participant accepts these conditions. The German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics (DGLR) reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation.
• You must complete the online application form to enter the campaign.
• The application period begins and ends on the dates published on the campaign website. Participation is possible at the end of the day.
• Each person can only participate once.
• The competition is only open to natural persons of legal age who are enrolled as students at a German higher education institution.
• If there are more applications than places available, the winners will be drawn.
• The winner will be determined immediately after the closing date.
• The winner will receive a code for free registration as to ERF2023. Participation in the conference dinner, reception and daily lunches is not included in the winner's ticket.
• The code must be entered when registering for the conference.
• In addition, the winner will receive a membership in the German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics (DGLR) free of charge for the first year.. Further information for this you will get in a specific email.
• The winner will be notified electronically at the email address provided. If a winner does not respond within two weeks of the notification being sent (registration by means of an activation code), the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
• The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. No responsibility is taken for the announcement of the winner.
• The prize cannot be exchanged. The prize is not transferable. The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
• DGLR reserves the right to end this campaign at any time without notice.
• The right to take legal action is excluded.
• Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

Privacy protection:

• Participation in the Campaign requires the submission of personal data. PArticipants expressly agree that the data they provide may be collected and processed for the purposes of the campaign and the one year membership trial. The participant also agrees to receive campaign or membership related messages from the DGLR or the campaign sponsor at the email address provided. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. To do so, please send an email to erf2023@dglr.de. In the event of revocation, the participant will be excluded from the campaign.
• The personal data entered and transmitted by the participant in the course of applying for the campaign will be collected, stored and used by the DGLR solely for the purpose of running and processing the campaign and the trial membership.
• The winner of a free registration code automatically consents to the transfer of his/her contact details (name, email address, postal address, etc.) to the DGLR Membership Department for the purpose of sending further information about trial membership.
