If, after uploading your abstract, you still wish to make changes to the document, the title or other changes to information on the form, you must re-upload your abstract online incl. all required (new) information in the title etc.. Please be sure to let us know which submission ID the original document bears so that we can delete it centrally. Please do not send us any e-mails with requests for changes or PDF documents. To delete your original submission, please contact: erf2023@dglr.de..

The ERF2023 Programme Committee is solely responsible for the acceptance or rejection of a paper.

If the paper is accepted for the event, the author will receive a separate notification of acceptance, as well as information on access data for the paper upload and, if applicable, further information by 31 March 2023.

Together with the notification that your paper has been accepted for the ERF2023, you will receive the access data for the author area of the ERF2023. Within this area, you can independently edit and update all relevant data on your presentation (author, co-authors, paper, etc.) until the deadline for paper submission. The deadline for paper upload is 11 August 2023.

For presenters (usually the submitting author), an additional personal registration is not necessary and is done automatically with the paper registration and the subsequent acceptance of the paper by the programme committee.

If the presenter is unable to give his/her presentation him/herself, he/she is obliged to find a substitute (e.g. co-author) and to inform the DGLR as soon as possible.

You can name your co-authors. After logging in with your access data (Submission-ID: ERF2023_XXXXXX), you can add further authors under "Upload Paper / Paper Details". They will then appear later in the programme booklet. If the author does not give the paper himself/herself, but a substitute, the substitute must be registered by name for ERF2023, stating the relevant submission ID.

Within this area, you can edit and update all relevant data about your presentation (author, co-authors, paper, etc.) at any time until the deadline for paper submission.

Should an author be unable to give his/her presentation for urgent reasons, he/she has the option of registering a substitute presenter (shop@dglr.de). If the submitting author has already registered, it is possible to transfer the registration to the substitute speaker. In any case, a registration for participation in the presentation must be made, stating the corresponding submission ID.
